Axel Löhde has been an attorney since 1982 and a partner with the firm since 1999. He concentrates on founding and reorganizing companies, M&A transactions and IT-outsourcing. For many years his practice has also involved advising Hamburg family-owned companies in corporate law matters.
His clients include both listed companies and small or medium-sized companies (SMEs) in Germany, the U.K., France, Scandinavia and the U.S. His industry focuses are environment and energy, trade and insurance, IT and communications. Axel is regularly appointed as a party representative and arbitrator in ad hoc and institutionalized arbitration proceedings and serves as an honorary judge at the Hamburg Bar Court (Hamburgisches Anwaltsgericht).
