Dr. Andreas Witte has been an attorney since 1995 and a partner with the firm since 1999. He advises clients from various industries on M&A transactions as well as on the formation and reorganization of companies. In the area of corporate law, his activities also include the development of employee participation structures as well as representation in shareholder disputes. A further focus of his practice are real estate projects – from the acquisition to the planning, construction and renting, to the sale of the project.

His clients include major German publishing houses, well-known companies in the software, postal, textile and chemical industries as well as family-owned companies and private investors.
