Hubertus Leo has been an attorney since 1991 and a partner with the firm since 1999. His M&A and private equity practice focuses on medium-sized transactions, but he has also advised on large cross-border private equity investments as well as venture capital investments. In the area of corporate law, he advises companies of all sizes – from start-ups to small or medium-sized companies (SMEs) all the way to listed companies.

His clients include, among others, American, British and German financial and strategic investors. He often advises the management in connection with management buy-outs. His industry focuses are telecommunications and technology companies.
